Versioning Scheme
I use a simple calendar-based versioning system to keep things clear and predictable. The format is YEAR.WEEK.DAY where:
YEAR indicates the project phase (0 = beta/testing, 1 = first release year, etc.).
WEEK is the ISO week number of the year.
DAY is the day of the week (1 = Monday, 7 = Sunday).
Example: 0.31.1 means the build was published during beta in week 31, on a Monday. 1.40.4 means the first release year, week 40, Thursday.
This helps us track builds easily and understand when they were made — without overcomplicating version bumps.
